Capt. Wilson and my father, Richard Holmes Knight (USNA '46) were both Navy Supply Corps captains and best of friends. I last saw Capt. Wilson and Mrs. Wilson in my parents' quarters at the Breezy Point Naval Air Station, Norfolk. I remember what a great storyteller Capt. Wilson was, and I remember what a cultured, refined lady Mrs. Wilson was. Mrs. Wilson was "lovely" by any definition of the word. The greatest generation is fading away, but not in our memories.
