Obituary of James P Pikul
James P Pikul, 66, of Mundelein, passed away peacefully April 17, 2021 at his home with his family by his side after a lengthy illness. Jim received his MBA from Buffalo State University and had a 30 year career with Kraft Foods as their Director of Sale Operations. His passions outside of work and family were playing golf, hockey, and tennis. He was an amazing husband, father and friend; he will be dearly missed.
Jim is survived by his beloved wife, Helene, of 44 years; his loving children Brian and Melissa (Nicole Thompson); his cherished granddaughter Camille; dearest brother Richard (Lydia) Pikul, brother-in-law Jerome (Debra) Burke, and sister-in-law Maurita (Jack) Kapp and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation for Jim will be held Wednesday from 4:00-8:00pm on April 21 at McMurrough Funeral Chapel, 101 Park Pl, Libertyville. Funeral Mass will be Thursday at 10:30am on April 22 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 121 E Maple Ave, Libertyville. Interment will be back in his hometown at St. Adalbert’s Cemetery, Lancaster, NY.
