Obituary of Teresa Brachmanski
Teresa Brachmanski (Gerlach), 88, of Lincolnshire passed away on December 11, 2018. Teresa was born in Poland and had been a Lincolnshire resident for 45 years.
She was married to her late husband, Dr. Charles Brachmanski, for 57 years. She was the daughter of the late John and Helen (Gerard) Gerlach. She is survived by her children Elizabeth Thommes (Dr. James Thommes) and Terrence Brachmanski, grandmother of Stephanie Thommes (Robert Bachkosky), Brendan Thommes (Angeline), Melinda Thommes (Paul Radke) and Allyson Mansfield (Michael) and great-grandmother of Jack Bachkosky, Hadley Bachkosky and Clara Thommes.
Funeral Mass for Teresa will be 10am Tuesday December 18th at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 121 E Maple Ave, Libertyville. Entombment Ascension Cemetery, Libertyville.
