Dear Debbie, Chuck, Kelly and Kerrie...So sorry to hear about your Dad, I'm sure you're missing him greatly. I haven't seen him since your brief move to California so very many years ago, although I remember well Deb's visit with Mom, and Kelly, too. I've been going through boxes and have a few old photos you guys might want...if one of you can email me an address, I'll be happy to send them to you. Sending my love and prayers to you all...look forward to hearing from you. (Great Aunt) Lynne

Barb and I will never forget the first time we saw Ed and Mary. We were ready to move. They were standing in front of the house that was being built next to ours and were arguing for all the world to hear about the progress, or lack there of. Had we any idea at the time this was merely the way they resolved their differences we would have been much relieved. We laughed about the incident for many years. Had anyone told us at at that moment that for the next 25 years they would become some of our dearest friends, becoming as close as people can without actually being family we obviously would have told them they were nuts. Ed and Mary, we miss you both as well as the good times we enjoyed together. Love Barb and Bob

Dear Debbie,Chuckie, Kelly and Kerrie, I was so sorry to hear about your dad's passing. Wow,I am realizing how many years have passed since I last saw any of you, or your Dad. Then I realize that no matter how many years have passed the memories I have of all of you and your parents are still so vivid. I especially remember your dad simply as a nice, humble, hard working man.

My deepest sympathy to Debbie, Chuck, Kelly and Kerrie and the rest of the Roycroft family. Your dad was always such a nice man . I especially loved when I would bring my kids to your parents to trick or treat and your mom would make your dad come to see my kids in their costumes. I know how hard he worked and how it was probably the last thing he wanted to do, but he always put a smile on his face and made my kids feel special. Thinking of you all at this difficult time. Sincerely, Karen

Ed was a wonderful, down to earth...and very kind man. In his visits through Tennessee he would come for the day and we would share lovely conversations about life, faith and our children. Each Christmas, his cards was one of the first. I came to love him as a brother .....I'll miss you, Ed......thanks for the memories. Roberta

Uncle Eddie was a sincere, gentle, loving uncle who took the time to teach me the right way of plumbing! No instructions came in the box. It was done the "Roycroft way" Missing him already, May God rest his soul!
