Some of my favorite memories of Richard is of his visits with Ed and I early in our marriage. He would drop by regularly and we would talk for hours while he consumed the leftovers from my previous nights dinner. I only knew how to cook for a family of 7 and Richard was more than happy to help us eat the mountains of leftovers. He had a bottomless pit in those days as.well as volumes of ideas, ideals and opinions (lol). We enjoyed and remember with great fondness, his visits and those carefree times.
