Theresa Tamayao, 63, of Mundelein, passed away July 3, 2017 at Advocate Condell Med. Ctr. Libertyville with her family by her side. She is survived by her loving husband Leo; adoring children Jay and Kara; and her beloved brothers and sisters.
Visitation for Theresa will be Friday July 7 from 4-8 pm at McMurrough Funeral Chapel, 101 Park Place (Rt 176, 1 Blk East of Milwaukee Ave) Libertyville. Funeral Mass will be Saturday July 8 at 11:00 am at Santa Maria del Popolo, 116 N Lake St, Mundelein. Interment Ascension Cemetery, Libertyville.
