Obituary of Timothy P. Collins

The five children of Timothy P Collins announce his passing on January 1st. Tim passed away peacefully after a short illness. Tim was born January 11, 1928 in Oregon, WI. Tim was the oldest of six children of Earl and Mona Collins. He was preceded in death by his wife Loretta A Collins, the love of his life, and an infant daughter, Margaret Mary. He is survived by his loving girlfriend Vickie Poll of Batavia, IL. He is survived by his five children, Timothy M. (Mary), Peggy (Mark) Stanley, Michael Thomas (Karie), Patrick Jon (Elizabeth) and Kevin Earl (Michelle) Collins. Also surviving Tim; his 11 grandchildren, Bryan, Eric and Emily Collins, Jimmy and Kate Stanley, Irelynn and Jack Collins, Brendan and Madeline Collins, Kelsey and Kegan Collins. He was preceded in death by his sisters Shan Humbel, Pat Eugster, Mary Jenkins and brother John Collins. He is survived by a brother Bill Collins of Fredericksburg, TX. A Mass and visitation celebrating his life will be held on Jan 14 starting at 9:00 AM with the Mass commencing at 9:30 at St. Joseph Church, 121 East Maple St., Libertyville, IL 60048. Tim was a member of the parish for 44 years. A private interment will be held following the Mass at Ascension Mausoleum, Libertyville. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Winchester House Volunteer Services, 1125 N Milwaukee Ave, Libertyville, IL.
