Dear Roland's Family,
We are so sorry for your loss. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all of your family at this time.
We are neighbors of Roland. We would see each other in our driveways and always wave, then we would cross the grass, meet in the middle and chat for awhile. We will miss seeing him in the driveway waving to us.
He told us last year he was going to retire. When that didn't happen, he said "next year". We are saddened that he was not able to enjoy retirement.
Roland shared his stained glass in his window for everyone to see. I truly enjoyed driving by and seeing it every day. I will miss seeing that.
We will miss our dear, friendly neighbor.
We will not be able to attend the services for Roland, but have left a card outside his mailbox.
