Allen John Wamser, 79, 40 year Libertyville resident, passed away April 26, 2016 at Advocate Condell Med. Ctr. Allen is a retired sales executive and longtime St. Joseph Church parishioner. He is fondly remembered for his integrity, sense of humor and loving commitment to family.
Allen is survived by his wife Carol Ann (nee Reenan); children Michael Allen (Nancy), Janice Kay (Michael) Pauly and Matthew John (Shannon); grandchildren Erin Catherine Pauly, Michael Allen Wamser Jr., Matthew Thomas Pauly, Edward Allen Wamser and Grace Nichole Wamser; and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his brothers Raymond and Harry.
Funeral Mass will be 10:30 am Monday May 2nd at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 121 E Maple Ave, Libertyville. Memorials made to the St. Joseph Food Pantry would be greatly appreciated. Funeral arrangements by McMurrough Funeral Chapel (847) 362-2626 libertyvillefuneralhome.com
