Sorry to hear of the passing of your Father. When I was reading the comic strips one day Dudu asked me how the jokes were. I said "Jokes? these are the funny papers." It cracked me up that he would call them the Jokes. From that point on he always asked me "How's the Jokes?" I'll never forget his laugh. He will be missed.

Louie "Doodoo Brown" Bruno, and his late wife, Louise, were great friend with my Parents, "Buff" and Caroline D'Anza. The "Old Melrose Parkers" were blessed to have have each other as very good friends. They traveled together, had cards parties, and visited each other often. When I was younger,I remember going to their house on 20th Ave. many times with my Ma. Peace be to all your family.

Dear Bruno Family, I am so sorry for your loss of your father Louis("Dudu Brown") Our parents, Caroline & Buff D'Anza had many adventures and sharing many laughs over the years starting in Mel Rose Park. As a kid I always enjoyed going with our parent to their house.....I especially enoyed the little hot dog wooden server when we visted with our parents. Our family has always had wonderful time being with the Brunos!! Again, our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time of loss.
