Teresa V. Frelk, nee Picasso, 89, of Lincolnshire died November 16, 2012. She was the beloved wife of the late Raymond, Sr.; the loving mother of Tere (Andy) Brinkerhoff, Ray (Debbie), Mary (Frank) Brinkerhoff, Tom (Katie), Jim (Tracy), Carol (Mike) Madigan, Evie (Larry) Bilello and Susie; proud grandmother of 52 and dearest great-grandmother of 6.
Funeral Mass will be 10:00 AM Wednesday, November 21, at St. Mary of the Angels Church, 1850 N. Hermitage, Chicago with visitation 1 hour prior to the Mass.
Visitation will also be Tuesday, November 20, from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at McMurrough Funeral Chapel, 101 Park Place, Libertyville. Entombment will follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Hillside.
