This is such sad news, and my heart hurts for your family - I know how close, and loving, you all are. It's hard to come up with words to say, after 10+ years of not having had any contact with Nick, other than I'm so sad his life was cut so short. Such a nice, caring, and passionate person - every single memory I have of Nick is completely positive and happy. Although his daughter will miss out on witnessing just how wonderful he is, she will certainly have plenty of loved ones to share stories of good ole "Bones"! One of my favorite memories with Nick is our senior prom - it was a blast! Naturally, Nick graced all with his presence wearing a top hat and handling a cane. There were definitely a lot of cane fights, and of course, he stripped down to his white tank top, to show off his "swole guns"! Nick would never miss an opportunity to show you he was strong enough to "drop a 'bow" on you at any time! We should all feel so lucky we had the chance to know him. With love, Andrea
