Theodore “Ted” Sanders, 92, WWII Veteran, of Gurnee passed away Sept 23,2014 at Lovell Federal Health Care Center. Dear husband of Diana; father to Ted Sanders, Terry Haycock; step-father to Daniel (Caroline) Lieber; loving grandfather to David (Sandy), Camille, Jessica, Shiri, Rose; great-grandfather to Joe and loving uncle to many nieces and nephews. Following Ted’s wishes, his body was donated to science, a memorial service will be held in a few weeks. Arrangements by McMurrough Funeral Chapel (847) 362-2626.
