Obituary of Patricia Ann Wells

Patricia Ann Wells, loving mother and devout Irish Catholic passed away on Wednesday, May 10.  Patricia was a graduate of Charles E. Gregory School of Nursing, Perth Amboy General Hospital and received a Bachelor of Science Degree from New York University.  She worked in the intensive care unit of University Medical Center in New York and in her later years, was a private duty hospice nurse. Her passions included reading articles from Bishop Sheen,  her children, her family and her faith.   

Patricia is survived by her loving children David Wells, Brian Wells, Gemma Benson, Sean Wells, Patrick Wells, Ryan Wells and Bridget Dixon; her brother Richard Speicher and sister Sheila Speicher; adoring grandchildren, Cameron Benson, Gracie Benson, Ascher Wells, Gabriella Wells, Baron Wells, Demi Wells, Cassidy Dixon, Hunter Dixon, Dylan Dixon, Jack Wells, Tessa Wells, Ryan Wells Jr. and Taylor Wells, Dave and Matthew Wells, Nicole Wells and Hannah Wells.   She is preceded in death by her daughter Patricia Mary, Father and Mother Russell and Ann Speicher, and three brothers Russell, Dennis and Mark Speicher.

Funeral services are being held on Tuesday, May 23, 2023 at St. Pauls Church in Gurnee at 10:30 am.  A gathering will be held from 9:30am - 10:30am at St. Pauls.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Pauls Church, Gurnee Il.
